Works great... but doesn't last long Does a great job, easy to use and get in/out of water. But, doesn't appear to be very durable. We purchased new in May 2023, used it for 1.5 seasons and then it stopped working. We think it is the power supply and/or power cord. Support from the manufacturer has been somewhat difficult. (Mostly because they are very slow to respond, and seem to provide pre-canned answers without really looking at our comments.)
2nd Unit - Love it. My second pool cleaner. The first one lasted 3 years running everyday twice a day. Sometimes even more than two times a day. My pool is sparkling. This is my second unit and it works better than the first. Clean time is lower and it does a very complete job.Do Not buy Skimmi to go with it though. That is not ready to be sold. 2.5 Months use and it broke. Dealers in Las Vegas will not honer warranty on Skimmi unit. They do not even know it is available till you show them.
Wi-Fi Dolphin Nautilus Plus CC The media could not be loaded. Why did I wait so long to make this purchase!!! I no longer pay someone to clean my pool once a week. This product has already paid for itself in one swimming season. It is amazing. Great product for the price Dolphin works effectively and for the price point, is one of the best. The caddy and cover keep everything neat and clean looking
Lasted 2.5 years I bought this in 2023 and it died august 2025 a month or two after warranty expired. It got the job done but I think Ill try another manufacturer for my next robot seeing as I basically paid 500 per season with this robot.

Stops working after a year of service. Had this for about a year and it just stopped working. Spoke to Maytronics and they will repair as it is under warranty but I have to pay for the shipping and I am out of a pool cleaning device for 2 to 3 weeks. Had a previous one that stopped working within a year also. It gets stuck in pool steps almost on a daily basis and I have to nudge it out manually.
