Fantastic I love this thing… I tried a more expensive battery powered one with AI technology and it didn’t clean as well as this Dolphin does. Great product.
Good cleaner The unit works great. It has far more power than any battery unit.The only knock is the cable I think it's PVC. This will begin to deteriorate after about a year. I have wrapped the cable with a self vulcanizing rubber tape which does not have that problem. Six months so far so good.

Well worth the money Purchased in early summer 2019. It is now the very end of summer, late Aug 2025, and the cleaner just died. I got 7 full years out of it, and I clean our pool often each summer. Very satisfied, and will buy another to be readyfor next summer. During these 7 years I had no issues with it. Excellent cleaner. Definitely got money's worth.
Died in a few months, had to be replaced First one lasted 5 months from the time it came out of the box.Warranty DID cover a brand new motor, swivel cable, base unit, power cable.Question is “My last Dolphin lasted 4 years, and this one completed died after just a few months, so what does this say about quality?”The app according to myself and many others is no longer working which means this is not really a “smart” pool appliance according to the app reviews on Apple for the year.Translation: You have to manually go outside... read more
Not build as well as past Dolpins Not built as well as past Dolphins. My first Dolphin was a Godsend! I bought it when huge tree fell, taking out my pool equipment. It cleared the debris and kept my pool clear until I had all up and running again. Even with the heavy load, it lasted 8 years and was an awesome workhorse. When it finally played out, there was no question I would get another. This Dolpin Nautilus CC Plus was wonderful for 1 and a half seasons. One day it just did not power on. Just keep filtering Have had this for over a year now. Works flawlessly and recommend getting the finer filter to get even fine dirt off the bottom.No real complaints and it does it's job without fail.
Excellent cleaner. Abysmal customer service. Really like the cleaner, but be ready to figure it all out on your own. Tried to get in touch with customer service and was on hold for an hour and then got hung up on. Same thing happened the second time I tried.
