Warranty doesn’t cover shipping The swivel on the blue cable failed less than a year after purchase, with light use, once or twice a week. Contacted customer service, they would do the job under warranty, but shipping back and forth are on me, I’m looking at nearly 300-400 dollars for shipping.
Customer warranty is terrible. Product worked as it should. When quit working with in 7 months, customer service is terrible. Hard to get in touch with anyone. Unless you want to type to a computer. Not fun dealing with them at all. I can either drive two hours to have unit looked at or ship it to them at my cost.
Junk I purchased this product April 3, 2024 and it not working as of October 5, 2025. This product did not pay out in my favor. Purchase at your own risk. If you got that kinda money pay for someone to come clean your pool 👎
Don’t purchase I purchased in May 2025…used maybe 5 times and the power supply doesn’t work anymore. Highly disappointed with this product.
Died for no reason Paid a fortune and it just stopped working after one month. Luckily I was able to return and get a refund
Warranty coverage isn’t that great Purchased May 31, 2024 and per usual with these things it needs service while still in the warranty window. I reached out to the company and they said I’d have to ship it to them, I could not get warranty work from any local dealer. I would have to pay shipping both ways. They said upon getting it then they could tell me if the repair was under warranty or not. It worked well until it didn’t.
Great for a few weeks, now a useless piece of plastic. I was initially thrilled with this pool robot. For the first month, it worked like a dream. The app was convenient, it mapped the pool efficiently, and it did a fantastic job cleaning. I thought I had made a great investment in a "smart" pool cleaner.The dream ended abruptly when the robot stopped connecting to our Wi-Fi. Stay away from this seller We received this dolphin 4 months ago and it is no longer pairing with app. We cannot find the serial number as it is not where it’s meant to be. We have tried calling Maytronics multiple times and sending online inquires with no resolution. Furthermore, the seller will not offer any help though they sold us a device that is clearly defective (it doesn’t even have a serial number as mentioned)
Poor quality and service. Only lasted 3 months and it's broken. Tried customer service and that went no where.
