stopped working after a year and you have to pay for shipping to repair purchased a Dolphin pool cleaning robot, but it has stopped working. I’ve tried reaching out by email and phone but haven’t received a response. I was issued an RMA online; however, the return shipping cost is gonig to cost over $200 just to ship back. Its ridiculous to have to pay this when its a fault with the unit.
Lasted a year, no local warranty repair place. It lasted a year. The only way to get it repaired is to spend hundreds of dollars shipping it back to them. They have no local authorized repair facilities. The closest one is 1.5 hrs away. I live in a major city, not the boonies.Do yourself a favor and don’t buy Dolphin robots.

Quality issues When it works it is great. I’ve had this pool cleaner for a little over two seasons. It has broke for the second time and I can’t say that I would recommend it. When it works it does a great job but there is consistently connectivity issues. The last repair took a couple of weeks for it to be completed. Stopped Working After Four Months I bought this product expecting it to last, but after only four months it completely stopped working. The power supply shows it’s on, and the app says it’s running, but the unit doesn’t move or clean at all. WARNING: Don't Buy This! This machine has been nothing but problems. We've had to turn it in to be fixed 3 different times . It won't stay upright, tracks come off over and over, or or it will just stay in one spot. To use it we have to constantly check it. Very disheartening for the price we paid. The one star is for the company warranty.
Very short lifespan, good cleaning while it works I cannot recommend this vacuum robot. It lasted just over a year and it completely stopped working. Seems like water leaked into its mainboard. I have removed the vacuum from the water after most days however after a year of usage it shows a pretty high wear in my opinion. Very disappointing because it did clean pretty good, but I specifically spent more money on a name brand product and I feel like I didn’t get what I paid for. Worked for a year, then went dark. Work great for a year, then it stopped working. Did a fine job the first year we had it. Took it out second year and it was working fine for three days and then went dark couldn’t restart. It couldn’t turn it back on couldn’t power it up. No warranty. Company was unresponsive. Called emailed and wrote them with no response. Eventually I gave up and threw it in the trash.Don’t bother, not reliable and won’t last. Warranty is worthless.Bummer, because it worked really well for a year.
Avoid Lasted 3 years. I will not buy another Maytronics product.
