Amazing from beginning to end We are very happy choosing Solar Energy World as our solar panel installer; the whole process was very smooth, the project was on schedule, and everyone from the company was professional and courteous. Our project manager, Seth, was very patient and answered every question we had and responded even late at night and on weekends. Trusted company with experienced Engineers !! We worked closely with Pete Barnes from Solar Energy World. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Solar and it's nuances. It is a lot of engineering and design that goes in to estimate the right solution for your home and he took his time to explain everything as well as work with us within the parameters we had for aesthetics and expected yield. Superb customer service & excellent solar equipment I installed a solar system for my house in NJ with Solar Energy World Mr. John Roberts was assigned by the company to be the project manager. John's attitude, knowledge, and overall handling of the project were superb. Amazing to work with - Exceptional service The sales person Jeff was great from very beginning of the process. explained the process and proposal. Jeff was there through the whole proceed and was reachable for any questions and concerns. Was in the loop every step of the way. He was extremely professional and communicated accordingly. A company on my side, result - A better than great solar system Everyone at Solar Energy World responded quickly to all our concerns. Cory Monks designed a perfectly sized system for us. He made sure we would be able to maximize all of our available tax credits and has followed up to be sure all was well now that our installation is complete. Solar Energy World is awesome! I called Solar Energy World on a Friday afternoon and immediately they got me on a Zoom call to hash through exactly what I would need, bring up my roof, and scope out our system. While it was a sales call it did not feel like one. Solar Energy World heard exactly what I wanted and sold me exactly what I needed.
