Working with Solar Energy World was a great experience. They maximized my roof/system and provided the best project value. It was nice working with a company that treated it like a construction project and not just someone who wanted to finance my project. Jeff was a very helpful guide through the whole process.
Love the Solar. Great Company. Easy Process. Interviewed solar several companies. SolarEnergyWorld was more upfront & honest about what you really needed in your Solar package. Our Solar rep Jeff Nachman was great! Easy to work with and explained things every step of the way. A year after our solar install, Jeff still reaches out to see if we have any questions. The Solar crew stayed very focused on their work and were very professional. The quality of our installation was outstanding.

Seamless process from start to finish The entire process was seamless. It was only 24 days from contract signing to authorization from the local power company to turn on the system. The installation, 30 panels, was completed in one day with no disruption to our normal daily family routine. Solar Energy World handled all the paper work and process including county inspections and coordination with the local power company to install the new electric meter. Exceptional Service Superb service from day 1! Everything was done in a timely manner and within estimated time. The entire team was professional and courteous. Panels were installed properly the first time and look great. Jeff is very knowledgeable and honest about acquiring solar panels. He kept me informed every step of the process. Efficient Job. Crew arrived right on time and did a fine job. Everything was handled well by the support person. Looks nice.
Customer service has changed Until the past several months, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Solar Energy World. Recently, customer service has become very poor. There are slow / no responses to emails, and calling leads to being sent around in circles. As I write this email, I am waiting to hear when/ if they will come to upgrade from 2G to 4G service. This is very disappointing.
