Our overall experience was good. We were not provided with the panels we initially signed up for and the reason for that I don’t understand. I was told it had something to do with the voltage and our house couldn’t handle it. The time frame took longer to install than mentioned, and getting the final approval to turn on also took quite a bit, however that is more of a utility issue. Home installation - solar panels Worked with Daren and his team to get solar panels installed at home in Virginia. Process was straightforward, although it took several months to get all the permits and approvals done. But the work was done quickly and efficiently, and we are very pleased with the results so far. nbc

Jeff was very professional I received a combination deal- roof installation and solar, and I only dealt with Jeff. The only issues (minor) involved the roof instillation and I was worried that I would have to deal with the roof installers separately since they were essentially a separate company. Jeff represented my interests with the roof installers and ensured that all of the issues were addressed. Excellent service, love my array! Solar Energy World was outstanding. The panels look great and install was quick. Customer service was top notch. Jeff Nachman, was excellent to work with. He was always available to answer questions, great with regular communication, and explained everything very clearly. The installers werehard working, friendly, and very considerate of our property. If I had to do it again, there's no doubt I'd stick with SEW.

Great experience Having decided to finally pull the trigger on something I've wanted to do for 3 years meant finding the right company. One of the aspects I valued about solar energy world was I had the same point of contact from the sale to the installation completion. Awesome service with Solar Energy World I had the pleasure of ordering solar panels and system from Solar Energy World. I also asked that my panels not be made in China and preferred ones made in the US if possible. I did get ones from Singapore, so happy about that. Great install, quick updates, even filed tax paperwork for us Jeff was great! Jeff kept us informed throughout the process and answered all my technical questions regarding power, generation, SRECs and payment options. The install team was flawless and experienced. And the support team kept us informed throughout the process as to when we'd be able to turn our system on and they even helped us submit for our tax incentives. The whole process was great, start to finish!

Excellent product and service! My system was installed in July of 2021. The sales process was handled by Daren Weatherby, who was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process. Everything he told us was on target. The permitting was handled by SEW and went smoothly. The installation team was excellent, and did the job on time in 95 degree heat. Follow up by Daren and others was excellent and we have all of the documentation we need. The system is performing as predicted and I'm extremely happy with the outcome.
