Very professional, would definitely recommend them. We chose Solar Energy World originally for price. But the came thru with flying colors as far as delivering everything they said they would. The installation looks great.
Service like the Sun Solar Energy World is providing me with not only a way to save money and the world but has done so with complete transparency and great customer service. Truly. Where I live--outside of Washington DC--there are several solar panel installers competing for attention, and I did my due diligence when I decided to go solar. I interviewed all of them for bids, etc. Solar Energy World was, hands down, the most professional and customer oriented. I made my decision to go with them and have not regretted it.
I appreciate that from Start to Finish the team work together. I chose them because of their Reps. and workers and managers . Robert V. was our first contact. He started and went Policies, Timeline and benefits of going Solar. The workers and their managers were polite, respect for my house inside and out. Answered any question we asked. They left every day with a great cleanup.
Great from beginning to end. Solar Energy World did what two other solar suppliers over 10 years could not do -- figure out how to install a solar array that would generate enough power in a tree-heavy neighborhood of suburban Washington, DC. They were communicative and professional, and fast. Absolutely Fabulous Working with Daren Weatherby has been and continues to be fantastic. Our solar panel installation was completed in December but I felt the need to call Daren recently for clarification on some recent information. That was easy My wife and I had talked about solar and thought about solar for a long time but always thought it was going to be complicated and expensive. After doing a lot of homework and meeting with several companies we decided to go forward with Solar Energy World. We worked with Jairo and he made it easy. The company did what they said and the project was on time and on budget. Highly recommend these folks.
Pleasure to deal with from start to finish Everyone with Solar World was friendly, professional and informative. They kept me informed at each step of the way and were responsive to my questions. All the paper work was handled with minimal effort on my part. They made sure that the job was completed before the end of the year to help with the tax break. This despite the incredibly slow process with the county permitting agency. I would recommend them to anyone interested in solar.
