Almost Perfect SE World carried us through the process with flying colors--until activation. There was no checking with me after BGE finished their installation to see that activation had, in fact, occurred. As it turns out, I was told--by the BGE guy that to activate all I had to do was throw the inside switch. This was half true. A Comfortable Experience My wife and I met with only two solar energy companies. After the first one (although it was appealing, it was very high pressure), we met with Solar Energy World. So far so good From the time the process started they have been great. Everything was clearly explained before being done, and installation was quick and painless. Panels look great. Hard to tell so far about how much we will save since it is winter, but looking forward to Spring and Summer.
Solar panel installation for home We are really happy for the customer service provided by the company. Great Experience I have to say up front that this is an expensive undertaking. All the more so, in my case, because I had the roof replaced as well. There are government incentives which help, but I wish there were more. That said, I have had a zero electric bill since the panels were installed three months ago. Once the decision to install solar was made (that was the hard bit) the rest was incredibly easy. Helping the Earth The cost of solar energy is higher than currently available fossil fuel energy. Based on the "expected" rise in the cost of fossil fuel energy the increase in cost (monthly) is high. I believe that in the end (20 yrs) I will have paid more for solar than I would have paid for fossil fuel energy. However, the added taxes and line charges for fossil fuel may make the solar worth the expense. So while I am happy with the solar I am still cautious about saying that you will save money in the end.

Great job by a great company! After interviewing many solar companies, we decided on Solar Energy World. Better options and better pricing sealed it for us. Their installation crew was great.... they explained everything and were very thorough. The whole process from start to finish took a lot less time than expected. We've had the system for a few months now and I've got to say that the savings are real. One of the best decision we every made. We wiuld highly recommend this company.
