We bought our panels instead of leasing. The company rep. explained to us types of panels, the process for approval, Federal and State tax credits we will (have now received on this years tax return), timeline from signing of contract to when panels would go "live". The company met the timeline. Twice since Sept. 2014 the software to monitor production was lost.
