We we’re made priority in the urgent care needed for our senior Kitty who was is severe respiratory distress. The staff was very kind and courteous and respected our concerns with support and patience. I felt very confident that the doctor made the best efforts to help our kitty without cause more distress to her, she took great care in explaining and giving the best plan of action for a sudden illness.

Thank you Dr Stacy for taking care of Kaia, my 9 year old Aussie who unfortunately has the joints of an 18 year old. Kaia was in pain from the arthritis and just wasn't herself. Dr. Stacy did a thorough exam and x-rays and was so patient with Kaia... who does NOT like new things. Then Dr Stacy gave me treatment options. We put Kaia on pain meds and within 2-3 days she was feeling so much better. I know it isn't a cure but to see Kaia out enjoying walks again and her personality showing through is so awesome! We were in the office with our dog on Thursday afternoon 6/9. The office was packed and there was an emergency going on. I was very impressed with the staff who kept their cool and did their jobs as more and more people came in with their dogs. My husband Tim and I have only high praise for the employees and even the other clientele that were there on Thursday. Thank you for the professionalism.
