Professional and friendly staff. Well organized, nice and clean. Parking isn't ideal but, I think they have a valet option. I just park in the parking garage. It's kind of a dangerous parking garage (narrow and tight turns) and you have to go up 3-4 floors to park in visitor parking but, it is free. This is a busy place, kind of a mammogram mill that works like clockwork. Very efficient. I had my results in TWO HOURS!!! This place rocks!!! I had to reschedule 3 times in 2 days and they were more than accommodating! It started with the wonderful phone customer service to walking in and being greeted immediately with the same cheeefulness. In the changing room there are post it notes we can all leave for encouragement. They made me cry, by the way. The tech was super sweet and answered all my first timer questions with a smile. My gynecologist ordered a routine mammogram and ultrasound since I've reached the recommended age to start testing for breast cancer. Located in the Baylor All Saints Hospital along with my gyno, Solis was the most convenient choice. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Their staff manning the front desk was very efficient and the wait was minimal. I would give zero stars if I could. They are literally incapable of seeing you within an hour of your scheduled appointment. I scheduled for 7:15am, hoping that would mean I would be seen on time. No such luck. They've been open for an hour, and they're already running an hour behind? This is likely because they are double or triple booking appointment slots. They have no respect for their patients.

Women deserve better than this. I had a routine mammogram at Solis and was later diagnosed with a mass in my right breast. No one called. No one explained. I found out by reading a cold, clinical report in an EMAIL, on my own. Alone. I was also charged $119 for a heart screening called mammo+heart. The results--showing arterial calcifications--were also sent to me in an email with circles on an image showing areas for concern, and still no one called to tell me what it meant OR what to do next. AWFUL. Waited for 50 minutes and never even got called. That's after the nightmare of the parking garage at this 8th avenue location in Ft. Worth.

The absolute WORST experience I've had yet was here! From beginning to end, it took 1 hr and 10 min to get this done! I also DID NOT ENJOY the staff calling me "Sweetie"..."Ladybug" as a grown * woman!!!! CRINGE! I will NEVER, and I mean NEVVVVER come back to this trash can! Pure GARBAGE!

This place sucks! Front desk people are rude. Don't they understand that it's stressful enough coming in for tests!!! The lobby area is cold and not inviting. Been waiting in the back room for 40 min and haven't been called back. I can hear every conversation that is being discussed by the tech and patients. Where is the privacy in that? Never will I come back to this location. This was my first time and it's awful!!!
