Friendly but don't trust them regarding your account. This location of Solis is a little tricky to find on Bethel. Turn right just before the lanes merge and the suite is on backside of building. The office is very clean and quiet every time I have gone. And the staff, especially the woman who performs the mammogram is very friendly. However, I gave them a 3 star because of incorrect information I received from them. Billing issue and no one is answering the phone for 2 days, been on hold for hours to no avail. They sent me a bill in November 2024 for services in March 2024. Insurance denied the claim because they didn't submit it timely and now they want me to pay. Can't get anyone to answer the phone to look into this. Terrible customer experience!
I've been going to Solis for many years, but after my last visit this week, I will never go back. I had a mammogram and extra screenings and had the tech Chrissy take care of me. She was unbelievable rude,, curt, very rough during the screening. It was a horrible experience due to her. I would not recommend Solis.
I have been going to Solis for over 20 years in Dublin. Unfortunately, that location has closed, so I had to schedule at Bethel. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I have to reschedule my screening. I have been calling the Bethel location for 3 days and no one answers the phone and you cannot leave a message. I have had all of my mammograms at Solis, I'm 62 years old. In the past it has been a positive experience. On May 3, at 5 pm it was different. The front desk person was ok. The tech started out ok but became extremely frustrated when she had trouble positioning me for the mammogram. The positioning was more uncomfortable than before and though I tried to do what she wanted, she was clearly agitated with me.
