I give 5 stars to Mimi and Teri at the Mansfield Solis!! Great welcoming and paperwork processing. Great job accomodating this person who can not stand up for 5 minutes! This office is GREAT and will treat you well. HOWEVER, I give a ONE star rating to the HOME OFFICE who sends out 6-8 texts, plus automated phone calls to remind you of an appointment you have had on the books for a year. WHAT AN ANNOYANCE. The Solis located in Mansfield is Solis's best kept secret. Mimi and Monique were fast and efficient. I could not believe I was there less than 30 minutes including registration and X-ray. Their customer service is impeccable. They were very personable and that seems to be hard to find these days. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care to their patients.
Mammograms are not exactly fun ...but they are way more fun than having your boobs try to kill you. The girls & I have visited a few times now, and they truly have a great facility, a good process dialed in, and staff that is caring and professional. The locker area is quite schmancy, and you're given clear instructions on changing and storing your belongings in your fancy locker (which will be named after a well-known woman. This is a wonderful place to go. No one really wants a mammogram but they make it as easy as possible. It is usually 15 minutes door to door and everyone is so nice and helpful.
Quick, easy & painless. Entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
This was the easiest and most painless mammogram. Check in was quick, they got my back quickly, and everything was clean. Monica was extremely gentle.
