I wish I could give zero. 1) the front desk ladies are all 3 a bunch of crabby women who are all rude and don't care what you explain to them. Then they even went and made their opinions known about why I waited over a year to get my mammogram 2) 10 am appointment I was out of there by 1230 pm and had to cancel my other plans 3) a dr was supposed to call back and discuss my mammogram and ultrasound because she was out to lunch. its two days later and my report isn't even ready. when I called about it they argued about whi... read more
Terrible wait. Was told to arrive 15 minutes before. I showed up 30 minutes before hoping that if they were moving ahead of schedule that I could get out the door and head straight to work. Negative. It's an hour past my appointment, not including the time I got here before, and have yet to be seen...
Front desk was rude and slow. Busy chatting up the delivery guy while I waited. Appointment was late. Update: I made a huge mistake in returning to this location. Kept waiting for more than 30 minutes before they handed me paperwork to fill out. Appointment is late. The waiting room is absolutely full of people waiting for procedures. Misdiagnosed. Radiologist declined to see me about his/her concerns. Recommended folloup in 6 months. I went to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion. They disagreed with the women's center diagnosis. There was nothing to worry about and yearly exams were adequate. Very bad experience. Needless to say I will not return. It's a money machine. They heard us in as cattle and no radiologist in site.

I've been here 3 times. The wait is ridiculous even when I've had an early morning appointment. I hate that my insurance/job change made me come here instead of FRI where I used to go. They were much more efficient. I don't understand why they schedule so many appointments if they can't keep up with them. I am seriously considering paying the out of network cost to go elsewhere.
Really long wait time. So frustrating. Got in at 9:15a and an hour and a half later was when I got seen.
I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First of all, this was not my first mammo and the tech kept smashing my left while attempting to do the right and vice versus! She also was asking me to move closer to the machine, as my ribs were smashed up against the machine, and closer to her as I was "LOCKED" down to the machine it was not physically possible! My Dr. wrote Ultra Sound if necessary. They took me and I said is this necessary.. they acted like I was going for a mani/pedi asking "YOU DON't WANT ONE??" in a loud accusing to... read more
Horrible customer service!!!! Billing department is rude and they don't care about the patient. When I questioned about why I had to pay over $300 for annual preventative Mammogram (I have Insurance) the rude lady from the billing department hung up on me.... Unprofessional, unacceptable... I will never put my feet there and I do not recommend this place.
I did not have a pleasant experience with my MRI. Lady was rough and had to stick me 3 times for my IV contrast. It ended up being put in my hand. Now the manager reaches out to this review saying "sorry for your problem"?!!! My problem?!!! What a rude manager that does not know how to talk to customers and address issues. I have great veins and never have to be stuck more than once! I have MS and have had numerous MRI's with and without contrast and this is by far my worst experience and now you reaching out calling it m... read more
