If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While I had a decent experience with the actual mammogram good luck EVER getting a copy of your medical records if you switch providers. I twice requested a copy of these over 2-3 weeks ago, well in advance of my upcoming appt. I even called to check on (since you can't ever reach an actual representative by phone). I was assured I would receive a call back. I never received a call back. My most recent mammogram has received a mass and they would like to review previous results... read more

I went there today for my scheduled mammogram and the front desk person was not polite. She got angry with me twice. I was called back pretty quickly. The next person was a little better but she was annoyed because I had on deodorant and also because I moved and wasn't standing right. I'm sorry, I only do this once a year! The whole experience was subpar and I will be using a different Solis in the future or a different place altogether.

After getting an early morning appointment, I thought there would be no backup or wait times. WRONG. Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, for a total of an hour in their lobby (because I was EARLY). Two people even got taken in BEFORE me, and I was there well before they were. After filling out the paperwork and waiting an hour, they told me they couldn't see me based on the paperwork that they had FOR AN HOUR. If I could give 0 stars I would. First scheduled appointment they gave me over the phone was for a location that wasn't even open. I wasted money on a babysitter to make this appointment and didn't see any one. I rescheduled because this is my first mammography and they texted, emailed and called everyday for 2 weeks even after I confirmed I would be there. I went to this location for a mammogram and the results were promised to me within 24-72 hours. Two years ago they advertised a 24 hour turnaround for the results. I have been waiting for 5 days and still no report or any response at all from them. I emailed the main office requesting an update and have gotten no response. I called the location number and it goes instead to a call center where the very young lady could not connect me (because no one would answer) to her supervisor, office manager or anyone in customer care. ... read more

I've gone to this location 2 years in a row, location is wonderful, equipment great and Serena did nice follow up but because of Tawana receptionist I will choose another location. How hard can it be to smile, be pleasant and not be rude to people for no reason. For such a simple procedure and care to be treated that way.

I had the same experience as Annette. I actually was shocked as I had gone to Solis last year and had an amazing experience and even referred them to my friends who have been hesitant to get annual mammograms. This year...not so much. She too made me undress completely as I had on pants. She scolded me as she thought I had put on deodorant. I had not. But the worst part was the multiple...in EXCESS... images and the grabbing, yes GRABBING of my breasts. When I told her to stop, she said "Well you have implants". I said "I am... read more

The only good thing I can say about this place is that they get you in and out quickly. The person who conducted my mammogram was frequently close or "in my space" when it wasn't necessary. When I told her I was wearing a skirt and top and not a dress, so she knew which coverup to get for me, she reached over and pulled at the waist on my skirt like she didn't believe me. Then, when I went in the x-ray room and made my way over to the machine, she flipped the cover back and completely exposed me without asking my permission... read more
