Great experience overall, minus the long 1.5hr wait for the ultrasound. Would definitely return, but would probably schedule for the first appointment of the day.

I was given a referral to this place after my women's wellness check at a community clinic. They gave me a coupon for a $99 mammogram for non-insured patients and the paper with the doctor's orders. Having come from the cheap community clinic with long wait times, I was so impressed by Solis. When I drove into the parking lot, I was welcomed by 4 reserved parking spaces for Solis patients. Be Aware! Steer clear of this Company.... No follow-ups, No Call backs, No Referral Confirmations, No Initiativ from Employees, No Customer Service Support..... All initial contact with Solis is a nightmare. I can't speak for the Drs. I never had a chance to confirm an appt! I had specifics for Biopsies, and for the life of me just couldn't fulfill this appointment . If you Don't have the Front Line support, The Facility will not have success it requires. after 2 months of failed attempts going elsewhere!
Absolutely the worst! I've been waiting for my results to be faxed to my doctor for over a month. No direct number, the only number that is available will leave you holding almost an hour. So disappointed! I emailed, nothing
Staff not very inviting . I asked for water and she promised to give me a cup and never did. Every doctor I go to whether it's my dermatologist, my regular doctors office or something because they are quality doctors. They have water or refreshments or something. Horrible office staff , rude , very unorganized. Wasted so much time waiting 6 weeks on two appointments.
Scheduled a mammogram. Wasn't made aware by the professionals that a referral was required for any type of mammogram. I'm just trying to take care of my body and make sure I'm healthy but with all the red tape no wonder people avoid doctor visits. But this visit was beyond red tape. The receptionist was polite but, the nurse that took me to exam room was short, rude and lacked compassion for the main reason of the visit. She definitely should not be in health CARE. If I coulg give this place zero stars, I would. I had a mammogram there June 2018. I should have written this sooner but seriously tried to block the whole horrendous experience out of my head. First of all, I requested a radiologist present to read the scan. When i got there they told me the radiologist was not there. The lady working in front is rude, unprofessional and literally horrible!! What a horrible person to have as the first point of contact for a place of business- especially a women's care facility!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Its not worth the drama. Even the woman who was performing the scan had to ' speak' to the girl in front because of her ongoing horrendous behavior. How she is allowed to work there is beyond me!
