I’ve been here for a few visits for my second pregnancy and have continued to have a bad experience. The staff is slow and not helpful or proactive. The front desk staff could have a line of patients waiting to be checked in or out while they are busy chatting away with one another. Everything from check in, waiting, seeing the provider to check out is ridiculously long. I was scheduled for a glucose test today which apparently they forgot to add the orders for. I have been with Dr Miranda for 18+ years because she is a phenomenal physician and most importantly, an amazing person! Her compassion, ability to connect with her patients, and expertise in her field make her the ultimate provider! She is truly the best!!
The ladies & most doctors are great. However their waiting time is ridiculous. Arrived for my appointment (2:30) early and I only left after 4pm. I did my ultrasound super quick, was told to go back to the waiting for since there was no room. Waited there for 30 minutes. Finally was taken back only to wait in a room for another 15-20 minutes. Dr Miranda and her nurse were amazing. I never felt rushed, they really listened, felt like they really cared and didn’t even have a wait. A+ all around. Highly recommend. Dr Woltz whom I normally see is always amazing as well!
I’ve been very pleased with my experience until most recent experience with a wait of almost 90 minutes. I understand delays but at least let the patient know why or prospectively how long the delay is. I had to ask personnel multiple times to either reschedule me or complete my annual exam.
