I came here a while ago to extract a couple teeth, including one of my wisdom teeth. I was seeing Dr. Hecht. He’s an AMAZING doctor and I felt safe working with him, but some of his staff, not so much. There’s been times where I had to cancel my appointments at the last minute due to unexpected flare ups (I have multiple disabilities and chronic illnesses), but instead of compassion, I was faced with judgment. Although getting a tooth removed is generally not pleasant, Dr. Hecht made The experience quick and painless. He has a great chair side manner, pleasant to talk to and very skilled at what he does. Although I hope not to have to go back, I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Also, the new office in Somerville is really beautiful

I needed an extraction today and must say it was painless and quick. Dr Gordon had to cut a bridge to remove the tooth so it wasn't a simple extraction. It is about 11 hours later and all I needed was one Naproxen. I found the front desk efficient, the medical staff was very kind and caring and Dr Gordon was proficient, professional and thoughtful making sure I was doing okay from time to time. My daughter is extremely afraid of needles and was so nervous about her wisdom tooth removal. The office staff could not have been better. They were kind, gentle, comforting, a touch silly, and made the experience much better than it may have been elsewhere.

I had broken a tooth and was able to get an appointment quickly. Dr. Gordon and the office staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable. I needed a tooth extraction and prep for an implant, and it went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this practice!
