I’m a new patient as of Sept 22 and I couldn’t be more happy. Dr. Song, Mira, and Wendy are true professionals. Kind, thorough and experts. Dr. Song and Mira go above and beyond to explain and solve. I really appreciate all they do. The appointments reminders are great and all costs are properly disclosed.

Dr. Song took over the practice of my former dentist who retired. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and calming my fears. My procedure took two hours and I never felt a thing! I highly recommend Dr. Song.

The appointment was informative and fulfilling. I walked away with good info on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. It was a little painful but I was told that was because I wasn't doing the daily steps needed that would prevent the dentists from utilizing more invasive cleaning methods. I was disappointed that they had in their system that I'm scheduled to always undergo the advanced cleaning procedure because I never requested that to be the case. If I attend my next appointment as scheduled, I anticipate that I will not be pressured into undergoing the advanced cleaning because its a lot of money. The clerk also did not provide me with an itemized receipt of the different cleaning methods utilized that was or wasn't covered by insurance and when I called back to inquire about it, she thought she gave it to me and had to email me it. If I do not delay my next appointment and I am pressed to undergo the advanced cleaning, I will not be returning.

We do our best to tailor each of our patient's treatment based on their overall oral health condition and needs. Although the treatment we provided for you in that appointment was the ideal and recommended one, it is not automatically going to be the same recommendation with all future appointments. Just Wow. First time visit and this is truly a world class operation. I found the right place for me. I was treated exceptionally. Dr. Song, Anna, Mira, and everyone at the front desk/schedule were so nice and comforting. The level of technical knowledge and time taken to explain was extremely impressive. A cutting edge team that is extremely pleasant.
