You are very professional and always explain exactly what you are doing. Also, your equipment is "state of the art"
The recent routine cleanup was good as it always is. Mira was thorough and took note of changes, suggesting actions and treatment for issues that should be improved. The cleaning itself is borderline pleasant. Mira is noticeable careful in problem areas, takes more time to do the cleaning but does not create discomfort for me. In addition to this particular treatment I find that bookings for, to me, convenient times are easily done. The whole staff provides a nice personal touch every time.
