The ladies in the officer were great. Both were very kind and helpful. Great expanation of the procedures and price quote by the consultant. I will be scheduling for this spring time.
Very informative with multiple options. Honest opinions and no pressure. Felt very comfortable and not pressured to make an immediate decision which is always unpleasant. Jamila was great. She knew her stuff and was easy to talk to.

Arrived at the office for my initial consult on time and no one was there to greet me. The lobby staff was very unhelpful. I walked around the entire 17th floor, trying to find the office, in vain. This was mad more difficult because I am an invalid. Needless to say, I won't be going back!
