From start to finish, much impressed. Started out in pre op with Nurse Toni. She is very informative and patient. Did not feel rushed, each question answered. In today’s medicine, with so much going on, the nurse you come in contact with sometimes can be rude. I have experienced that before, but with Nurse Toni, you couldn’t have asked for a better nurse.
Connie is such an amazing liason. She has a very pleasant and vibrant spirit. She was able to answer my questions and assisted with no hesitations. Great customer service is hard to come by. However, Connie NAILED IT!!!!!
My experience was great from the very beginning! Everyone was kind, attentive and professional. Nurse Toni’s bedside manner is wonderful! She was very patient and thorough making sure I understood all the post surgery instructions. Lastly, Dr. V was amazing! I would certainly recommend Sonobello!
