My experience was awesome. Kay was well knowledgeable of the process and explained everything clearly. She was honest and friendly. She was eager to help me.
I’ve never been down this road but Kay Love was awesome, she took the time to listen and gave me reassurance. She answered ALL my questions which I’m sure wasn’t easy! She’s super responsive and follows up when she says she will. She is also very personable and a pleasure to work with!

I had my surgery on 8/1/20 it was suppose to be done on 7/23/20 @the Atlanta office My consultation went great. My appointment was for a certain time 2 weeks prior, once I got there the reception told me a different time over the phone. I checked my email and my time was correct so after driving an hour I also had to wait an hour and I let them know I wasn't happy about that but as I came to learn they smile and dismiss everything like it's no big deal. Liz was my consultant at Sonobella. She made me feel like I was family from the day I met her. She never pressured me. After my consult with her she told me when I was ready to call her and she would make sure I got everything I wanted.
