Dr. Sheridan and every staff member I’ve come in contact with at the Austin location has been more than helpful. In particular, Kattie, the Lead Clinician, has been more than willing to answer all of my million questions. I had the AbEX procedure performed in January of 2023 Dr. Sheridan was my doctor and I am absolutely in love with my results! I had the best experience, the best recovery time, my scar healed so well. I look and feel amazing! Nurses Colleen, Chasity and Dr Boedecker were amazing and continue to be, even thru post op and recovery. I love my results and feel the staff was listening to what I wanted and how the healing process was going to go.
An amazing place, all the staff are amazing but the two I got the pleasure of having as my team were Dr. Boedeker and Casey, these two were amazing with Dr. Boedeker she was very informative and looked what was best for me and even switched a procedure out with another because I was concerned about loose skin. With Casey she was awesome, funny, professional, and informative. I go back again and I am going to request her and hopefully she can be on my team again! Such an amazing company.
Casey was such a kind and nurturing presence throughout my procedure. She helped calm my nervous feelings and talked me through everything in depth. I really appreciated having her there!
