My Venus appointments are constantly cancelled last minute. My previous appointment was cancelled on me 3 times, each time I received a last minute text message telling me to contact the office to reschedule. This seems simple but no one at the Austin office EVER picks up, and when you ask to have them call you back, they will not, so it takes another 3 days to even get a new appointment scheduled… and they usually are booking out about a month. I went in for my consultation today and Bailey was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative, but what I appreciated most was her honesty and how she went out of her way to provide the help that I was seeking. The ladies at the front desk were kind as well and although they were busy I never felt rush. Everyone’s services went above and beyond my expectations, and I appreciated every minute of it. Magnificent Customer Service!
Jenna was fantastic during my procedure and made me feel very comfortable
Bailey was super friendly and helpful! Everyone was attentive! This type of circumstance and consultation could be very uncomfortable but I did not feel that all
Lisa was fun and friendly and it was her first day! She makes the Venus procedure pleasant and quick. I'm glad she has joined the team!
Danielle was fabulous and fun. I love the genuinely nice folks at Sono Bello as they make every appointment a joy to attend. I'm also loving my results!

My surgery was two months ago, and I waited to write this review because I brought all my concerns to the office manager and was giving them a chance to address my issues and since my surgery I have not had any type of follow up from anyone in the office. My consultation was done by someone in the office that’s not a doctor or medical professional. Do not go here. No matter what seek treatment elsewhere! email me if you want my story but look for other reviews. People's stories all over. I have documentation and pictures of the lies they promised me. They ruined one of the most important days for me. And I was very clear upfront. That is why I am posting this. unfair2allneedjustice@gmail.com I will be surprised if this will even make it to the reviews.
