Nurse Lynn was very calm it helped me trust her. She showed that she cared about me; she was informative, patient, and respectful. Dr. Kashyap was supportive. He showed me empathy and encouraged me. He distracted me from my anxiety by talking with me about my favorite food. They are both professionals. They gave me their full attention and they were both very positive. I had an unbelievable experience.

Wonderful customer service! Knowledgeable people ranging from the person who greets you at the front desk, the person you have a consultation with, the Nurse and Doctor during the preop appointment, the team of Nurses and the Doctor during the procedure and beyond on your follow-up appointment!
