I just had my procedure today, and oh my goodness, what a positive experience it was! From my amazing representative Coleen in Harrisburg, PA and the kind and talented Dr. O at Baltimore, to the amazing staff members and driver service, everyone was simply wonderful. They were so understanding and accommodating of my needs, even stepping in when some logistical problems arise. I can already feel a difference, and am so excited to see my results as the weeks go by.
Today I had my consultation and it was absolutely amazing. I had consultations with other places but by far this was the best. Let’s start by saying the consult was in person and not via phone. I was able to show what parts of my body that I would like to change . All of my questions were answered which left me feeling comfortable with having the procedure.
My experience with Sono Bello has been very good. It was better then I expected, especially when it came to making me comfortable before and during my procedure. The staff was great and answered all my questions. I look forward to completing the process.
So far I have only had a consultation, and pre-operative instructions but the customer service, and class the staff has exhibited is impressive. The doctor has an awesome sense of humor and great bedside manner. My nurse Victoria was awesome as well, very personable, warm, and efficient.
I have been doing Venus for the last two weeks with Amy and she has done a wonderful job . She knows her job and is very pleasant. It is a pleasure to work with her.. I have had difficulty prior to Amy coming with the Venus program. I am very happy at this time. Please keep Amy on your staff.
I had the pleasure of working with Jonte, this afternoon. She was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She even help me with my Diamond package. Jonte customer service was extraordinary and refreshing. Thank you for having her apart of your team. Keep up the excellent work!

The staff are personal and friendly. they ease your mind and answer all your questions. I could not hope for better care.
Victoria was awesome and easy to talk to, making me feel very comfortable! I always love it when Nurses are very approachable and open to answering any and every question! It was an enjoyable experience!
