My procedure went well. I was very comfortable, and my doctor was amazing. The staff was amazing. My nurse feels like family. She answered all my questions. I give my experience a 10/10.

Always treated like a VIP
Every member of the staff was kind and courteous. Dr. Picarello kindly made sure understood everything that was happening. He was gentle and competent. Chandra (his nurse) was patient and assisted me patiently and with compassion). I could not be more impressed.

Great friendly atmosphere, great staff. Nurse Lawanda was a very very informative nurse. She made this a comfortable experience. Dr. Hwang was very helpful and straight forward. Everything was great.
Everything went exactly as planned, and the procedure was a success. The team was fantastic—professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They took great care of me from start to finish, and I felt confident and comfortable the whole time. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
