I enjoyed the consult. Everyone was very nice.
Everything from start to finish was excellent!!! They way I was greeted by the ladies at front desk was top notch. One of them remembered me as soon as I walked in. Inside the office, Elisabeth was a complete professional, explaining the whole process to the detail, never putting pressure towards selling the treatment. Very caring. I thought it was going to be different experience but they exceeded all my expectations.

My experience at the Charlotte office was absolutely perfect. I came into the office and the reception was warm and friendly. I received an assessment and was given an accurate quote. I was scheduled for my surgery and a time to meet the surgeon. Every step of the way was informative and professional. My results are outstanding. I met with Elisabeth last night for my consultation. My procedure is schedule. So far my experience has been amazing. I loved everyone I met at Sono Bello. Elisabeth made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I’m thankful I bit the bullet to meet with them. Looking forward to my procedure.
