I had a consultation in the Charlotte office with Penny. She was fabulous at explaining every detail of what I wanted to have done. Very informative, with no pressure. I am so excited for my procedure in June and will write another review once it's all complete. The office was very clean and so nice. Can't wait to go back!!!
Elisabeth is amazing, she is great with sharing information. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I feel like I made a new friend! Today was my consultation, I’ll update my review with my progress.
Walking into my consultation, I had done a little research and knew some of what I wanted. Elisabeth was my consultant and was so patient with me, explained the process, confirmed what I wanted, and gave me realistic expectations about my results (which were better than I had envisioned). She was never pushy or rude. She made me feel comfortable and excited about my upcoming procedure!
I had an amazing experience at Sono Bello in Charlotte. My consultant was Elisabeth who is the bomb and made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Hill was my physician and Kristie is my post-op nurse! I’m only 3 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results!!!! The staff is wonderful and everything about my process was super easy and worth it! I had a great team!!!
Every time I go to Sono Bello, I have an excellent experience. Elizabeth, the consultant who first spoke with me, has been fantastic. My nurse Kristie always makes me feel relaxed and encouraged. She goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. Stephanie, another nurse has been helpful Dr Alter is absolutely fabulous. He’s always willing to answer my questions in a way I can understand. I placed my life and body in his hands and I’m not the least bit disappointed. I have a new body!
