Greeted with a check in as soon as i walked in! Had my child with me and the staff was extra nice to her! Heather was my nurse for my post op check up and she was very encouraging about my progress and gave very detailed explanations to my wife and I on aftercare.

From check in through explanation of procedure, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and there was no pressure to commit.

We did have an hour wait which is the only minus but they were busy and we were apologized to for having such a long wait. Victoria was our consultant. She made us feel very comfortable and explained the procedure and payment options meticulously. She did not pressure us in any way and I felt like a valued customer when the consultation was over. Victoria provided us with an Excellent Sono Bello experience.

The Staff and Dr. Vashi at Cincinnati Sonobello were great! I had my abdomen, sides and bra roll done12/04/19 and had my inner outer thighs done on 1/09/20. With the abdomen procedure there wasn’t much pain at all but my nerves have been very active which causes a very uncomfortable sensation to your skin. Best description I can give is a very raw feeling almost like sand paper is rubbing against my skin. I am already 8 weeks out and Hopefully this sensation will go away soon. SonoBello has been an amazing experience. They have been a pleasure to work with. They clearly set the expectations of what the procedure will be like. I was super fortunate where the meds and the numbing saline used for the procedure worked perfectly. I honestly did not feel one thing during my procedure. My recommendation is that you listen to what they say, and follow their guidelines to the letter. They aren't difficult and were very helpful to me in my recovery. The procedure itself went well. The lidocaine wore off in a couple areas but the doctor was all over it and fixed it. I would say that the process should be reviewed more in-depth prior to surgery, it’s hard to go with the flow when you’re not 100% sure of what the flow is all of the time. Also with healing and follow ups I think that the actual physician should be more hands on. Everyone from the front desk, sales, nursing staff and Dr. Maier were amazing. Always considerate, helpful, concerned, readily available for questions. I had four procedures and couldn’t be happier with the results thus far. I would recommend SB to anyone who would listen.

I gave five stars for kind and professional staff and a doctor who had a great bed side manner. The doctor and staff both called to check on me after my first procedure. I had my abdomen, sides and bra roll done on 12/04/19. I am scheduled to have inner/ outer thighs done in January. I can’t comment on results yet because I am still in the healing process.
