Everyone is so sweet and nice. I felt comfortable and at ease. Kalia was super helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. She is awesome! Dr. Khoury was honest and explained the procedure and how I was going to feel. It’s a big life change - they were so supportive.

The Doctor and nurses were so informative and friendly also all diffrent receptionist were so sweet and kind every visit i felt warm and taken care of no matter what my concern my have been. I would totally recommend there services the entire staff was Wonderful.

Kalia and Rocky were absolutely awesome! Everyone in the office was super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Stroup was great, he answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable about my procedure. Rocky helped get me in quickly and efficiently. I did a lot of research before visiting and feel very happy about my decision to go with Sono Bello!

So far I’ve had a great experience with the team at Sono Bello in Cleveland! I’ve had two procedures and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and helpful! The nurses are all amazing and kind. Dr Stroup was helpful and realistic.I’m excited for my results to finalize!

The level of care, concern and thoroughness I received today at my 6 month follow up was truly outstanding. Nurse Aleshia in the Garfield Hts office was excellent in her care and explanation. I hope I get to see her again at my next and future appointments. She is, by far, the best.
