I wanted to give Nurse Alex in Cleveland, OH a 5 star review!! She has definitely found her calling. I don't think I could be doing this journey at Sono Bello without her. Her bedside manner is nothing short of Amazing!!

Yesterday was my surgery day & my nurse Gina + my surgeon Dr. Khoury were amazing! I was pretty nervous going into the surgery day, since I had never had surgery before & they both (along with the front desk staff) made me feel so at ease. It was an absolute breeze & I had the best experience! Gina was by my side throughout the entire process (the before, during the surgery & after until I left). Highly recommend!

I love Shakayra she was amazing. She was helpful and beautiful inside and out. She brought great comfort to me. I was nervous at my PrOp and she brought great ease to me. She explained everything to me. On top of all of that I saw Jodi on my way out and she was so nice and welcoming. I can’t wait to see the results.
Jodi was phenomenal she took her time with me. She answered all my questions. She walked me through what I could expect leading up to the surgery. She showed me pictures of women that look like me which brought comfort to me. I am an African American woman that wants to see a smaller less pregnant looking stomach. I just love Jodi.
