Where do I start with how great Dr. Rak, Paige the practice manager, and the entire team at Sono Bello in Columbus, Ohio! Dr. Rak is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manners! I've had a couple of procedures on different body parts and all I can say is I feel like a brand new person! Thanks Sono Bello Columbus!!!
Krissy has what I call the knack.. I mean she presents herself well, communicates well, is friendly and answers all my questions.
Dr. Rak is an excellent surgeon and the staff are wonderful too, especially my nurse Bree. She is very knowledgeable about the procedures, she is kind and caring, and does a great job giving Venus Legacy treatments!
I did a lot of looking into what I wanted and where I wanted to do it. When I went Sono Bello it just felt like a good fit and I am so happy I made Sono Bello my choose to help me further my lifestyle changes. I lost 160 lbs with diet and exercise but need help with getting the look I wanted. The staff was awesome I have nothing but praise and gratitude for everyone from the front seat to the manager and nursing staff and my doctor was amazing ( Dr. Rak) . From my first appointment to the ones in between, the entire staff was very personable and knowledgeable. They explained the process step by step and in language that was comfortable and easy to understand. They were easy to contact and communicate with if I had any questions before, during, and after my procedure. Thank you so much for a great new body experience.

This was my first time with this type of procedure and was very anxious even scared; however the staff and Dr Andrews were not only calming and comforting, but also gave me much needed information for clarity and answered all my questions and comcerns. Dr Andrews is amazing; Kathy & Krissy are amazing, Shatha is amazing, thank you so much. I recommend this place and my Dr to anyone who wants VIP treatment!!!
