From start to finish, the Westerville team has been amazing! The Sono Bella team was amazing from the consultation all the way through the procedure. Mary, whom I spoke with for the consultation, and Dr. Rak pre-op and the day of the procedure made me feel comfortable and it was a reassurance that I was making the right decision! I am now going through the healing process and I can’t wait to see the final results!

The staff is always so friendly. I had a Venus treatment as well as a post op appointment today. I finished my Venus treatment about 30 minutes before my post op appointment. The ladies worked together and moved me from one room to another so I didn't have to change. Then Dr. Rak and another nurse (mine was busy with scheduled appointments) came in to see me before my actual appointment time. The patient care and the consideration of my time, and theirs, is amazing! Outstanding service!
