All I can say is the customer service there makes chic file’s customer service look look like a charity case. Jennifer, Dr. WRight, Yolanda, and I forgot the other nurse’s name but they are try some of the most loving, gentle and kindest people I’ve ever met. They listened to my every need, they were patient with me, answered all my questions, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ve had wonderful care. The staff has been very upfront and complete with explanations of everything happening. Jasmine in the Fort Worth office is great as well as Dr Patel and his team!
Dr Taneani and the nurse Melanie were amazing and helped me relax since I was a bit nervous. Talked to me about what they were going to do and answered all my questions.
