My nurse Kami and Dr. Atune were both amazing! Dr. Atune was not only skilled but determined that I was happy with the results. Kami was a rockstar throughout the procedure. Her compassion and competence created a calm environment from start to finish!
Ashley was very assuring today when I went in with a problem and very kind and helpful. All the staff is great…. From Cameron at the front to Jessica in the consult…to the ladies in the back
This place rocks!! The staff as well as the drs are all awesome. They all know their job and they do it well. I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anybody. I left feeling like I had a second family.
Dr. Atun was GREAT! I loved his personality and sense is humor. He made the experience, as crazy as this may sound, fun. Kami was also GREAT! She was a real sweetheart and I felt like I was being taken care of by a friend. She is wonderful with people. Ashley was really great too. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the aftercare and what to expect. She was very tender when removing the tape and patient when having to clean off the sticky stuff. World Class Customer Experience. Friendly staff and the facility was very clean & sanitized. I really appreciate the assistance & conversations with my nurse - Kami, she’s a real gem!!!!
My nurse, Yalonda, was great. She explained everything as we went along and was very reassuring. Dr Wright was also great. He has a great bedside manner. I’m on day three, and everything is going as they have explained. I’m excited to see my progress as the weeks pass by. Everyone in the office is so welcoming.
