This was an amazing experience. The staff made me feel so comfortable, they explained everything from start to finish. The doctor called me when I was home in the evening to check on me and answer any questions I had. He was so kind and supportive. The next day when I changed out bandaging I was happier than I have ever been in my life with the three areas I had treated. Absolutely wonderful! The staff was awesome! Mary was very assuring and made me feel comfortable and Jillian my nurse rocks! She answered all my questions but also went above and beyond when I was freaking out after surgery and was there for comfort and support unlike any other health care professional i have ever had. Dr. Steel was wonderful and very aggressive in getting my body transformation. AMAZING physician, came from Burleson encountered traffic and 1 hour 15 mins away but eased in the surgery room. overall great team! :)

I loved when i first walk in.The ladys first at the desk greeted me Mary helped me out and was very friendly, loved her. Leana was friendly. My nurse made me feel at home. I had a great pleasant experience and I am glad I chose this Sonobello. I already referred 5 people!

Excellent. Excellent service from Mary Schwartz! I would recommend friends to Sonobello. I am already seeing changes and losing weight 4 pounds. I am excited to lose the weight and Dr. Hill was really good and funny! Jillian the RN was good and patient, listened and answered all my questions. Leana helped me with my appointment and made it happen when I had to reschedule.

I was reluctant to do the procedure at first, both from an expected results and pain perspective. After all, it is elective surgery. However, now that it is over and I'm far along in my healing process, I am very happy with the results. Having seen my before and after pics, the results are amazing. And everyone I dealt with at the Addison location - sales, doctor, procedure and followup have been exceptional. I am very glad I did this and appreciate the care and attention I received throughout the process.
