Staff have been great. The Doctor called later in the day of the procedure to see how I was doing of the procedure. The information packets are good and they even send videos to remind you how to take care of yourself. Very pleased

Austin and Charlotte made me feel comfortable to be there. I asked Charlotte a question about an upcoming trip to Ireland, she told me she'd check into it. Shortly after a nice woman came into my room, she.told me I didn't need to wear the suit for plane flight but since planes cause bloating, I should wear compression socks instead. While in Ireland, to wear the suit 12 hours a day. Upon leaving Charlotte told me I looked great.

Every person I met from the front desk all the way through the Venus treatments were so friendly, easy to talk with, and made the nervousness I had coming in for my initial consultation go away. This was an absolutely wonderful experience and I cannot thank them all enough. I am also so pleased with my results!!!!

The staff that worked with me today were knowledgeable, kind, very supportive, and knowledgeable in not only their job but some of the other areas as well. I always feel good about myself and encouraged when I leave.

I had an appt with Megan (the Venus technician) today. She did a fantastic job explaining the treatment to me, and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I'd highly recommend her and the treatment to help tighten up loose skin a bit.

I loved every bit of my meetings, procedures and follow up appointments at Sono Bello! I had the tri-sculpt, currently two and a half weeks out and very happy with the process and the changes in my body. Dr Kim and his nurses took amazing care of me the entire time! Definitely will go back again if I need anything done in the future and would definitely recommend as well!
