The process was very seamless. Both the doctor and Nurse answered questions and I did not feel rushed. They both made me confident with my decision and comfortable during the exam. I appreciated the honesty and patience that they both took with me. The entire experience, so far, has been extremely positive.

It started with Rachel during my consultation. She was thorough and forthright on all to be expected on the tummy tuck. I then met with Teresa and Katie who also took fantastic care of me with pictures and measurements. Dr. Volk is the most amazing surgeon and takes the health and welfare of his patients very seriously. He makes you feel special and cared for. The day of the surgery I felt absolutely secure in the care of Sono Bello. Jasmine was my nurse and took excellent care of me which I will always be grateful for her. ... read more
