What a welcoming preop visit! Rachel answered all of my questions, straight to the point. Dr. Volk was wonderful too, patient and attentive. Can't wait for procedure day!

Staff are so kind and helpful as well as the nursing staff. Dr. Volk is very helpful and straightforward which is great when you have a lot of questions and concerns. Overall I had a great experience and would gladly comeback for more work in the future.

Excellent follow-up appointments, including wound care guidance/instructions. My nurse made me a priority and answered all questions without feeling rushed.

There is never an appointment where you don’t feel like family at SonoBello! From check in to the end of the appointment, I am cared about and listened to. I feel so good every time I walk out! It’s truly the example of how all medical teams should behave and treat their patients!!

The Edina location for SonoBello has been nothing but top notch! I'd been to a couple other locations for prelim stuff, but so, so glad I ended up at Edina. Charlotte and the reception staff, Jasmine, Melia, and the rest of the nursing staff (some of em got to see me under the influence!), and Dr Schneider - all top notch! They're a solid crew and you can tell they love what they do and where they work. I actually look forward to my follow-up visits!

From walking into Sono Bello I was greeted by Charlotte who is bubbly with her smile. Then met Katie who did my pre op who explained everything and made me feel at ease and answered my questions. Upon meeting Dr Volk (Paula felt with my personality I would fit perfectly with him), she was right. He explained everything and even suggestions I had not considered. Looking forward to my surgery and the new me!
