I was nervous so I don't remember names, but from the front desk to the consult, it was a great experience. All of my questions were answered and everything was explained in detail to me. I look forward to my procedure.

Very disappointed. I waited an hour for the consultation and she wasn’t even in with another patient. The actual location of the procedure was 2 hours away which i wasn’t told until part way through my consultation. The consultation was with a sales person so it was basically a high pressure sales pitch. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to talk to a medical professional until after I put money down and booked my surgery. I would first be able to talk to the surgeon at my pre-op appointment.
