Latiya was very helpful during my preop visit. The covid test did not hurt at all. She made sure that I had my prescribed medications sent to my pharmacy and the post op garment that I chose. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was informed about my procedure.
Kerri did a wonderful job getting me ready for the procedure. I barely felt her place the IV. Dr. Saxon is very professional and encouraged and talked me through the process. He was very careful and paid attention to every detail to make sure I was as comfortable during the procedure as possible.
When I did initial consultation I was told that results were not guaranteed but if I was not happy with our outcomes we could do a second procedure coupled with other options. What I got was a lumpy, ugly mess with ample amounts of fat remaining, mixed messages from staff and an attitude that made me feel unworthy and humiliated.

Let me start by saying I was in a accident and received a settlement so I could afford this procedure. I am scared of needles and told the staff that. I was under the assumption I could be asleep. Dr Saxton told me I would not be asleep at my consultation. He was rude then after I had already paid in full. He wanted to cancel then!!
