A TERRIFIC experience from the time we walked in until we completed the exam. The doctors were first rate, spending a considerable amount of time to understand my unique situation and offering several solutions to give me choice. Katiya, my nurse was absolutely delightful…SO caring and yet charming and witty too. She is a spectacular example of the special combination of talent, education and service mindset. You will not be sorry visiting the fine people.

I had such a great experience as I always do !!!! Kaitlin and Mary at the front Desk are so nice and professional with positive attitude that make you feel comfortable every time I come there and the nurse Latina gave me helpful information on what else I Can do as I’m still going through the transformation process I love Sonobello and I really love how my body is looking!!!! wouldn’t have went anywhere else. Always a great experience! Latiya was very professional and explained everything. Making sure I completely understood. Michelle adds that trust factor - following me with each visit, giving me the reassurance i need! The professionalism is outstanding! Mary always greets me coming or going with an eye twinkle. ( they always have their masks which makes me feel good but I know beyond that mask that eye twinkle is a big smile!). This was my 2nd procedure here and I could never be more happy… All the girls make me feel so comfortable… Kaitlin and Mary thank you for always getting my appointments taken care of… Latiya thank you for being there for me and making sure I was as comfortable as possible… Michelle thank you for taking care of me in all my post op appointments and always making sure I have everything I need… point being best team ever

Every time I have come in I have been treated with the most amazing service. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure the best experience. From my two favorite and amazing nurses Shauna and Latiya to the best front desk gal Kaitlin. I truly feel like I have known everyone for years and years. I highly recommend SB in Overland Park, KC 💖
