All of the staff, nurses and the doctor were fantastic! Before, during and after the procedure I was always aware of what was going on and they made me feel extremely comfortable. The work they did came out amazing and I wish I did this years ago. I would highly recommend this Sonobella team and Dr. Saxon in Kansas City for any of the elective surgerys they offer.
First I like to say it all started at the front desk at Sono Bello this fabulous outstanding customer service I received from Mary Ross. I also received outstanding help and customer service from a lady there by the name Abby. She helped me solve some problems I experienced there. The staff is fantastic!! Everyone is so caring and concerned for your comfort and well being. Dr. Saxton has a great bed side manner. Follow ups are timely and reassuring.
Got some work done on my stomach area, the not so easy part to get rid of after children!! Something I have always wanted to do. I was recently divorced and after the stress of that, this was a huge confidence booster. I feel amazing. The entire staff at Sono Bella from day one was nothing less then great. The early stage prep was all explained, the procedure went smooth, and the recovery was very simple! I will definitely be back!
Everyone was great! The front desk Mary was kind and friendly. Dr. Saxon did a great job (so far, only 7 days post op). And the nurse Sharon, and there was another LPN (can’t remember her name) who was super helpful! No one ever made me feel uncomfortable! It was a great experience! As long as the results continue- I would go back again for other areas!
