I was very disappointed, period. Staff were very friendly and nice. But it was wrong from the initial consult. I was told that I would ‘easy peasy’; paid the initial down payment before I could even see a healthcare provider. Only at the physician appt did a learn the possibility of belly button repositioning. Then the surgeon indicated that it could be done without repositioning. Well that didn’t happen.
