I was so nervous when I first drove up in the parking lot. However, when I entered the office the ladies at the desk was so professional and courteous. Customer service is very important to me because I learned how important it was to my customers while serving forty two years of Army active duty and civil service combine. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Andrea (front desk) and with Kasey (consultant). Andrea greeted me with a smile and she knew my husband and I had traveled to the office from 2 1/2 hrs away.
