I had my consultation in Marlborough today The consult was very easy to schedule. The price was what I expected. There wasn't a long wait to schedule my procedure. After the consult Jen went over all the details in order to make sure that I did not have unanswered questions. Jen was really professional. She made me feel very comfortable. Kim, the secretary, was very professional and friendly. She also made me feel really comfortable.

It was a very pleasant experience walking through the door! Jen answered all my questions and calmed my nerves about the procedure. She set up my pre op appointment and my procedure the very same day. Kim was very helpful and also answered all my questions in regards to the facilities and payment options. Very friendly staff!
