My experience today was AMAZING!!!! From check-in to finish!! The young lady that welcomed me at the desk was very polite and clearly explained what I needed to complete prior to my consultation. My consultation with Brittney was absolutely outstanding! She was not only energetic and enthusiastic, but she absolutely confirmed in her outstanding customer service that I was making the right decision. Elizabeth Hazelette (Liz) has been the best part of my experience at Sono Bello. I was with a different consultant that told me I could skate a few days after surgery. Liz immediately jumped in , called me introduced herself and told me “no ma’am “ LOL. She felt like a true friend from the beginning and gave me the best option and has looked out for my best interest since the beginning. She communicates clearly. My consultation with Brittney was excellent. She blew my expectations out of the water. I literally signed up on the spot lol. She and all of the staff are very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
